How much notice do you need for reservations?

-New clients must request services at least one week before they are needed. This is to allow time for a meet and greet. 

-Current clients must give two days notice to ensure availability. 

Do you charge for meet and greets?

Nope! A meet and greet is complimentary. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, check, money order, VenMo, and SquareCash

When is payment due?

At the time of service. 

What if I need to cancel the services requested?

-You have up to 48 hours before the scheduled services to cancel  your reservation.

-Cancellations made beyond this time will be billed a $10 cancellation fee. 

-Awesome Paws cannot offer refunds for pet-sitting for early returns

Do you charge more over a holiday?

Nope. I don't think you should have to pay more to ensure your floof is cared for while you celebrate the holidays (or just travel during them).

What if my pets are a little shy/hyper/loud/jumpy/protective?
No problem. All animals have their quirks, unique personality traits, and individual needs. The meet and greet will allow them to become familiar with me and me with them.  Some traits may not reveal themselves until you're away and that's okay, too!

What if my pet runs out of food while I'm away?

I will purchase it, don't worry! A $5 fee will be added to the food total as well.

What if my pet is sick or injured?

Your pet will be taken to the veterinarian indicated on your new client form. If one is not indicated or it's after hours, your pet will be taken to the nearest animal hospital for treatment.
